Free Ground Shipping
Orders totaling $200 or more before sales tax will be shipped ground at no charge, free shipping does not get applied to orders containing paper or cash drawers because of their weight. MyPOS reserves to right to select either UPS, USPS or FedEx to ship the package, whichever is the cheapest route.
Every attempt will be made to ship orders the same day they come in. However, orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will probably ship the next business day.
Shipping methods available are:
- Ground (1 - 5 Business Days to North America)
- 2nd Day (North America only)
- Next Day (North America only)
International Orders
Sorry, but we are not shipping to international addresses at this time. If you use a freight forwarder we will be glad to ship to them as long as it is in North America.
Returns
Returns are accepted with prior approval from MyPOS, LLC under the following conditions:
- There will be a 20% restocking fee.
- The product is returned in the ORIGINAL box and packaging.
- The product must be in saleable condition.
- The product paperwork that came with the printer must be in the box.
- The product is returned within 15 days of receipt.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from MyPOS, LLC. Items received without prior approval will be automatically refused and returned to the sender. The sender is responsible for the cost of shipping of the product back to myPOS or the manufacturer.
Once the product has been received by our warehouse and confirmed to be in saleable condition a refund will be issued less the restocking fee.
